Last updated: May 6, 2026

Datacare LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Urto mobile application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and other details you provide when creating an account.
  • Camera and Photos: The Service uses your device's camera and photo library so you can capture or select images within the app. Images you choose to capture or select may be uploaded to our servers as part of the Service.
  • Location Data: With your permission, we access precise (GPS) and approximate location to provide location-based features within the app. Location is only accessed while you use related features.

  • Biometric Authentication: With your permission, we use fingerprint or other biometric authentication provided by your device to secure access to your account. Biometric data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
  • Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and crash logs collected through Firebase services.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the Service, including features used and time spent in the app.
